At Elixir Hair, each wig is crafted with care to celebrate your beauty and confidence. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help with grace and understanding.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The wig must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with the lace intact.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the error is on our part.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Customized or discounted items are non-refundable unless there is a confirmed defect.
